Having led the regional Delegate businesses as directors for East and West Denmark, respectively, Højborg will focus primarily on the Danish part of the business, while Østergaard will be involved with opportunities for Delegate at an international Group level, including the new office in the Netherlands.
CEO of Broad Horizon, Jean-Yves Charlier said, ‘Delegate’s growth has been impressive under the leadership of Jakob and the wider management team, with the company winning a number of industry awards including Microsoft Partner of the Year in 2021 and Great Place to Work in 2022. Delegate has built a solid business with a unique and dynamic culture. A culture that fosters growth with high levels of employee well-being and job satisfaction. I have every confidence that under Jakob’s leadership, we will rapidly expand Broad Horizon in the Nordics. Welcome Helle, Mads and Peter into your wider management roles.’
“It has been a privilege to work with all the “Delegates” for the past six years. I am proud that we have collectively managed to foster our wonderful culture as a team, while growing at the pace we have grown. It really says so much about the very special spirit that Delegate has. I am now looking forward to taking on new responsibility for the growth of the Broad Horizon Group in the same way we have done for Delegate – focusing on great teams and strong financial results.” says Schou.
